It is simple as one, two, three.  One, select the item(s) you want. Two, add them to the cart; and Three, place your order! 

 

What Is The Payment and Shipping Process?

 

Payment and shipping are easy to process.  Many payment options are offered for your convenience.  Shipping choices are calculated and added to your order.  If you live or work within 5 miles of our Post Office Box (see Contacts), you can take advantage of our exclusive and convenient Free Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service.  Just call (908) 756-5525 and make arrangements.  We understand our lives are busy and will make every attempt to arrange this service around your schedule and location.

Yes.  Feel confident your orders are secure via our secure ordering process. Our approach to security is designed to protect you as our valued customer. All information provided by our customers has been encrypted and submitted to our card processor's servers securely and information remains encrypted throughout transmission.

  • We do not retain payment card data on the mobile device or within our application.

  • We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Level 1.

  • We do not store or keep card numbers, magnetic strip data, and security codes on any device.

  • Only standard, well-reviewed cryptographic protocols and message formats (such as SSL and PGP) are used when transferring data.

  • We will never sell your personal information to third-party vendors.

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

Our return/refund policy allows our customers to return their purchase within 14 days and refunds are made, based on condition, also within 14 days.

What If My Item Is Received Damaged?

We strive to insure you are completely satisfied with the Harmony Jewelers experience.  We guarantee our products are delivered in the condition you expect.  If a purchase is received damaged, contact us for instructions on prompt return and replacement.  

What If I Live Just Outside The 5 Mile Radius?

Call us to see if you may still qualify for free pick up and drop off.  Other arrangements such as a neutral location or at your place of business (within 5 miles) can also be made.  Shipping is also a convenient way to receive your purchase.  Review our shipping rates and options and select the best choice for you.
